According to the back of this card, Steve Hamer played for the Tennessee Volunteers (SEC) from 1992-96. The opponents are the Kentucky Wildcats (SEC).

Based on this Wikipedia page about Kentucky’s 1995-96 season, I believe the date of this game was February 17, 1996. If that is true, the game was uploaded to youtube. If you skip to the 3:54 mark, the announcer seems to says, “Our officials today: David Day, Rich Marracino, and Tom Lopes.”

BigBlueHistory.net confirms this and even provides pictures of the officials. Based on the images provided, I believe the official on this card is either Richard Marracino or Tom Lopes and not David Day.
