According to the back of this card, this photo is from Game 7 of the NBA’s 1990 Western Conference Semifinals, which took place on 5/19/90 in Portland. According to Basketball Reference, the officials on the game that night were Joe Crawford, Hugh Evans, and Ed T. Rush. Something here does not match, and my guess is that this photo is from a different game.
